Applicant downloads the Applica tion Form for Organic Product T'ansaction Certifcatefrom COFCC website or gets it from your COFCC staff.

Before preparing the application document, please make sure to read carefully the Notice inthe Application Form and feel free to contact COFCC for any question.

Applicant fills, prints and seans the Application Form. And the Application should not be validwithout the confirmation signature and seal.

Applicate mails, faxes or e-mails the Application Form, copy of purchase contract and copyof organic certificate to COFCC.

COFCC will review the application documents in 5 workdays. And if approved, applicant paysfor the TC Fee.

COFCC issues the TC.
