中绿华夏作为农业农村部推动有机农业发展的专门机构，多年来致力于推动国际有机农业交流与合作，与国际有机运动联盟IFOAM、瑞士有机农业研究所FiBL、日本有机和自然食品协会（JONA）、澳大利亚有机认证机构(ACO)、智利有机产品认证中心（BIOAUDITA）等多个组织或机构展开了广泛的业务合作。
同时，作为最早开展境外有机认证的机构之一，中绿华夏境外认证业务覆盖了32个国家和地区，已为丹麦Arla Foods amba、法国健合（中国）有限公司、荷兰AAK Netherlands B.V.、FrieslandCampina Nederland B.V.、芬兰Valio Ltd.等90余家境外企业提供了优质高效的认证服务。
中绿华夏有机产品认证中心与日本JONA展开业务合作多年，可为境内企业提供欧盟EU、日本JAS和加拿大COR等有机标准认证服务，获证后的有机产品可以直接或通过互认的形式进入多个国际市场。

加拿大国家有机标准认证：依据加拿大有机标准实施有机认证，获证后的有机产品可进出口到加拿大

欧盟有机标准认证：按照欧盟的有机标准认证，获证后的有机产品可以进出口到欧盟
